How to facilitate a cooking class by Charlotte Miller, dietitian & chef

Charlotte Miller is both a dietitian and a qualified chef of 16 years. She started the Melbourne-based food and nutrition service Food & Joy.  Charlotte sells delicious, local and seasonal food for people to eat at home. She also uses her business kitchen to host cooking classes for both dietitians and clients. She teaches cooking and food skills, using vegetable based meals and employing mindful techniques.

For dietitians, cooking with clients is the new frontier. So much of our work depends on our clients being able to cook. Our words about eating well mean so much more when they are backed up with action. In Charlotte’s webinar she explained the legal and practical aspects of running cooking classes with your clients.
