Jess Francis is a registered occupational therapist with a passion for integrating technology into healthcare. With post-graduate research in virtual reality, she was a finalist for Australian OT of the Year in 2020-21 and founded a digital health startup. As the Chair of the NSW Council of Occupational Therapy Australia, Jess actively advocates for the profession. She runs a private practice in Sydney, The Training Club and provides professional supervision, business mentoring, and workshops on AI and tech, supporting allied health businesses with their technology needs.
