About the Presenter
Alicia Edge is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Compeat Performance amassing over 13 years in the industry. After graduating with a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours) she went on to complete a fellowship at the Australian Institute of Sport. Alicia is currently the lead performance dietitian for national sporting organisations such as Football Australia, including The Matildas. Over her career, she has had the honour of working with a multitude of athletes in diverse environments - from endurance to sports teams such as Waratahs Rugby, Brumbies Rugby, Melbourne Victory Football and the Australian Volleyball Team. She was also named Australian Dietitian of the Year 2020-2021.
