About the Presenter
Dr Hannah Olufson is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and early-career researcher affiliated with Metro North Health and the University of Queensland. Hannah completed her PhD research at the University of Queensland in 2024, exploring person-centred dietetics and food services in hospital rehabilitation units—a historically under-researched area. Hannah’s clinical research aims to enhance nutrition and mealtime care in rehabilitation populations through personalised care, consumer engagement and data-driven decision-making. Hannah is also passionate about bridging the gap between contemporary research and clinical services and supporting allied health professionals in translating research into practice.
