She has a special interest in the use of blended food for tube feeding in acute care and community care settings. She has been instrumental in developing blenderized tube feeding resources and practice guidelines for use across her health care region. Claire also has a blenderized tube feeding private practice and resource website where her tube feeding recipes and patient-focused online course are available. In addition to her clinical practice, Claire also teaches dietetic students at the University of British Columbia and conducts blenderized tube feeding research.

Lina Breik is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a decade of clinical nutrition experience specialising in critical care nutrition and home tube feeding. In 2020, just before the pandemic hit, she founded Tube Dietitian, an Australia-wide agile business aimed at bridging the gap between hospital and the home for people with feeding tubes.
