About the Presenter
Jane Whitbread is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with over ten years’ experience. She specialises in plant-based nutrition and eats a plant-based diet herself. She is studying a Masters in Research on iodine in vegan diets. She has developed an e-book comprising a nutritionally analysed and complete plant based meal plan
