Fathima Abdoola is a Cultural Dietitian and Nutritionist. She has over 11 years' experience in the industry working both locally and internationally, including eight years based in Zambia where she immersed herself in African culture, diet, and lifestyle, gaining invaluable insights. She has a wide range of experience within the nutrition sector including clinical nutrition lecturer, corporate wellness driver, clinical mentor and now focuses on her online presence Eat Smart Nutrition & Dietetics providing private services to women worldwide.
