About the Presenter
Dr Ken Sikaris BSc(Hons), MBBS, FRCPA, FAACB, FFSc trained as a scientist, then medical practitioner, at Melbourne University before settling as a chemical pathologist who now has three decades of experience in public and private laboratories. Ken has spoken at numerous nutritional events and has a particular interest in dietary impacts on cholesterol interpretation including appearing in ‘That Sugar Film’ as “Professor Blood”. He has worked at Melbourne Pathology for 15 years, where nowadays 3,000 patients have thyroid function tests each day.
