About the Presenter
Joanna Baker is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Registered Nurse with extensive experience in the low FODMAP diet. She currently divides her time between Everyday Nutrition (her Melbourne-based private practice) and consulting to FODMAP Friendly as a FODMAP expert Dietitian. This provides a range of opportunities — from working one on one with patients to consulting with manufacturers and lecturing internationally to the general public and healthcare providers on the Low FODMAP diet. In both of these roles, Joanna aims to support people to enjoy food whilst incorporating practical everyday strategies to manage IBS, and prevent it from getting in the way of living life.
