About the presenter

Dr Adrienne Forsyth is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Sports Dietitian and Accredited Exercise Physiologist. She is a lecturer in the Department of Rehabilitation, Nutrition and Sport at La Trobe University, Melbourne, where she is the course coordinator for the Bachelor of Human Nutrition and the domain leader for Community and Public Health Nutrition. Adrienne’s research interests are in the area of community-based interventions, sports nutrition and mental health. Her PhD research investigated a lifestyle intervention in primary care for patients with depression and anxiety.
