About the Presenter
Jacinta Sherlock (any), an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Dietitian, has over 10 years of experience in public and private mental health settings. Jacinta is the Director of Dietetics Done Differently and the convenor of the Mental Health Interest Group. Jacinta draws on her learned experience in dietetics and lived experience of an eating disorder and diverse mental health experiences to inform the person-centred, trauma-informed approach they have integrated into their approach to supporting people with food and eating. Additionally, Jacinta has completed comprehensive training in Motivational Interviewing and extensive and ongoing training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, providing people with a supportive, therapeutic space to share their stories and change eating behaviours.
