About the presenter
Zoe Nicholson is the director and senior dietitian at Figureate, a full-time practice specialising in the non-diet approach and food intolerance. Founded by Zoe in 2004, Figureate is now located at three sites across Melbourne and has just started a clinic in Maroochydore, Queensland. As well as managing a busy private practice, Zoe conducts nutrition seminars for various workplaces and corporations and runs the bio-monthly meetings for dietitians in private practice across Melbourne.
Zoe’s primary goal is to help people establish a healthy relationship with food in order to manage their health without dieting. Zoe has a special interest in gastrointestinal health and is dedicated to helping people identify and manage food intolerance.
