About the presenter
Brooke Chapman, a dietitian at Austin Health in Melbourne, has worked in clinical dietetics for 12 years, the past eight years in the Victorian Liver Transplant Unit at Austin Health. She is experienced in the nutrition management of all aspects of liver disease and transplant. Her research and clinical interests include the impact of malnutrition in chronic liver disease, early enteral nutrition support following liver transplant, and long-term weight management in overweight and obese patients after transplant.
