About the presenter
Susanne Goldin is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and yoga teacher. She recognises the importance of a unified mind, body and breath connection to support one’s health and develop a sense of well-being. Susanne has completed a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation and has over a decade of experience in preventive health and rehab. Mindfulness in Movement is her Sunshine Coast Exercise Physiology clinic.
