About the Presenter

Anthony Meade’s experience spans over 15 years working in the area of renal nutrition. He is Principal Renal Dietitian at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, adjunct lecturer in Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University and the University of South Australia, and Convenor of the Renal Nutrition Program, a post-graduate course in renal nutrition for dietitians.

In his spare time, Anthony is an Accredited Sports Dietitian, working with numerous elite teams and athletes.

His passion is his personal goal: to make renal nutrition less like rocket science more practical and dietitian-friendly.
