- The specific nutrition care involved in two cases:
- Mr C, a 45 yr old diagnosed with T1 N2 M0 p16 positive SCC of the right base of tongue treated with chemoradiotherapy.
- Mr J, a 61 yr old diagnosed with T1 N1 M0 HPV positive SCC tonsil treated with surgery (oropharyngectomy and right neck dissection, reconstruction with left radial forearm free flap) and adjuvant chemoradiation.

About the Presenter
Belinda Reeves is a Senior Dietitian at Mercy Ascot Hospital in Auckland, New Zealand. She works with patients having treatment for head and neck cancer including surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. She has worked both in the public and private healthcare settings in NZ and the UK. She feels passionate about ensuring patients are well supported through their treatment by working closely with the wider team. Belinda is currently the convenor for the Dietitians New Zealand oncology special interest group.
