About the Presenter
Nadia Maxwell is a Dietitian and Clinical Hypnotherapist who helps people with periods soothe symptoms, heal their relationship with food, and nourish themselves with more confidence. She has a special interest in digestive health, particularly where it intersects with pelvic pain, invisible illness, and disordered eating. Taking a holistic mind-body approach, Nadia integrates gut-directed hypnotherapy with evidence-based nutrition to support more freedom from symptoms. Based in Melbourne, she works with clients across Australia via telehealth in her private practice Oh Well Co.
