About the presenter
Prior to joining Victoria University Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Dr Alessandra Ferri was a Senior Lecturer in Human Physiology at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Milano-Bicocca, Italy. Her exercise physiology research focuses on the pathophysiology of the transport and utilisation of oxygen; using this physiological information to design tailored exercise training to improve muscle health, physical function and quality of life in different clinical populations including motor neurone disease.
