About the presenter

Tanisha Hatchman is AEP with a niche interest in women’s and pelvic health. Her work supports clients with endometriosis, chronic pain, perimenopause, and during pregnancy and post-partum.  Tanisha describes this work as incredibly satisfying and is motivated by increasing  women’s access to the benefits of exercise through improved pelvic health.

Tanisha says: “Towards finishing my degree I knew I wanted to work in women’s health but was unsure about how I could make this a career pathway. Niching into women's health and further into pelvic health has really highlighted how much support and specific guidance women need when it comes to their pelvic health with regards to exercise no matter where they are along their journey.”
