About the Presenter
Katrina Campbell is an associate professor at Bond University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine, and a senior research fellow in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane. She has been the lead investigator on numerous clinical trials investigating the effectiveness of dietary interventions in chronic kidney disease. Her particular interest is in interventions targeting modifiable dietary risk factors associated with the cardiovascular burden of kidney disease, and what dietitians can do to best help patients before dialysis.
