About the Presenter
Dianne Volker is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Nutrition Scientist in Private practice, and she holds a Doctorate in Medical Science from Newcastle University, From 2000—2004, Dianne was Senior Lecturer at the Human Nutrition Unit at the University of Sydney. Her research interests encompass Lifestyle Medicine and Inflammation in autoimmune diseases, breast cancer and digestive disorders. She has been using the FoodWorks analysis program since 1990.
