RPAH Food Chemical Intolerance: case study
The case:
Suzie, a 40yr old, is referred with allergic rhinitis. On assessment she is found to have not just respiratory symptoms but also symptoms involving her CNS, GIT and skin. Kim Faulkner-Hogg outlines her dietary plan for Suzie using the RPAH food chemical elimination diet. Kim then goes on to show her clinical reasoning with food challenges, determining tolerance levels and liberalizing Suzie’s diet. If you work with the RPAH Food chemical elimination diet this case study is a great source of detail and clarification.
