About the presenter
Sudha Raj is based at Syracuse University in New York. She is a Senior Instructor and Graduate Program Director in the Department of Public Health, Food Studies and Nutrition, at the David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics. Sudha obtained her BSc and MSc degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Madras and from Bombay University in India. She then completed her PhD in Nutrition Science at Syracuse University. She teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in Nutrition, and her research interests are in the area of dietary acculturation, organic foods and vegetarianism, as well as integrative and functional nutrition.
