About the Presenter
Dr Rati Jani is an AdvAPD a, Senior Lecturer in Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith university and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK. She is leading the multi-centric Picky Eating Project in Australia, India and Malaysia examining environmental and phenotypic determinants of picky eating in children and adults.
Rati is an invited reviewer for the national VegKIT registry funded by Horticulture Australia evaluating interventions promoting vegetable intake in children. She is a co-editor for the Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition, has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles and presented over 40 national and international conferences.
