About the presenter
Kerith Duncanson is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is determined to help people improve their quality of life through nutrition and lifestyle. Kerith has 25 years’ experience across public health nutrition, clinical dietetics, private practice and research and now specialises in helping Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) sufferers understand and treat their symptoms, drawing on her extensive knowledge of the science behind IBS and its dietary management using a low FODMAP diet. In 2015 she completed her PhD in Nutrition and Dietetics and has authored 12 peer-reviewed publications and two nutrition books. To broaden access to her dietary services Kerith has developed an online dietary program for IBS and a FODMAP app. Kerith’s current projects include a systematic review of the role of food in functional gut issues and providing dietetic input into the development of patented technology for a range of low FODMAP food products.
