About the presenter
Denise Burbidge is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist and has training in Diabetes Education. Denise works predominantly in aged care with Leading Nutrition, a large private dietetics group and visits aged care homes nationally. Denise provides one-on-one consultations with older people and aged care residents and regularly reviews aged care and meals on wheels menus. Denise is the current Victorian Convenor of the DAA Rehabilitation and Aged Care Interest Group (RACIG) and has been involved in the review of the Best Practice Food and Nutrition Manual and contributed to other nutrition guidelines and resources for older people.
