About the presenter
Nick Dunn is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, working in private practice for Melbourne-based Diet Solutions, a group of dietitians with clinical experience and research involvement. Nick works with adults and children with irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, gastroparesis and food intolerance. After graduating from Deakin University in 2008, Nick worked in the trauma department at Royal Melbourne Hospital and community health before moving to London, where he specialised in community paediatrics in food allergies, food intolerances, fussy eating and weight management. Nick has been a keynote speaker on prebiotics in infant health at national GP conferences. He is currently supporting patients undergoing human probiotic infusion, also known as faecal microbial transplant (FMT).
