About the presenter

Suzie Ferrie is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Sydney. She has participated in several large multi-centre research projects investigating aspects of nutrition in ICU. Her PhD research looks at dietitians’ involvement in teamwork in the ICU setting, and includes the development of a validated tool to assess a dietitian’s level of involvement, and a survey of all 182 ICUs in Australia and New Zealand to obtain benchmarking data on the dietitian’s role.
